The ACS Society Project Prioritization Process is a workflow that ensures IT and operational (non-IT) projects align with Society goals and objectives. The process, led by COO units Society Business Solutions (SBS) and Business Success and Technology Governance (BS&TG), ensures ACS focuses its time and resources on the highest priority items and execution of projects with buy-in from the highest level of Society Program leaders. By implementing a balanced process, ACS is able to effectively evaluate and prioritize resource allocations and budget activities across all society divisions.
